June Gloom or June Bloom

The decision on how we make the most of everyday is up to us as individuals. How we look at everything that happens to us in a day, what affects our moods and how we react is totally within our power. Louise Hay says that we have the power to control our thoughts, this is so true. Taking the time to breath and think before reacting to daily events helps to take the negative emotions out of things. It is up to us to control these emotions and work in some positive response as much as we can. Slow down let your old conditioned responses go and focus on the breath before responding.
